Experienced Company Secretary
Experienced company secretary needed to take charge of a busy Company Secretarial department, dealing with in excess of 200 companies.
Work with management on corporate governance / company secretarial matters and to assist in the managing, mitigating and monitoring of corporate governance risk.
Overview of the company secretarial obligations in terms of the maintenance of statutory filing, CRO filings, incorporating new companies etc., ensure all Companies Act 2014 filings and registrations are completed in a timely and accurate manner and perform other company secretarial functions from time to time as may be required.
Provide support to team members in the areas of company secretarial and good corporate governance.
Ensure all on-going statutory, legal and transactional obligations of all clients are met.
Keep abreast of Revenue and legislative changes impacting on the team and its clients.
Minimum 4 years experience working in a Company Secretarial role.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to cope with a busy workload and to agree and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to use good judgment to make sound decisions.
Planning and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also comfortable working on own initiative.
Ability to analyse a situation and identify potential problems.
