Office Administrator required for CQ business systems.
Responsibilities:
General admin, invoice posting, debtor control and customer support.
Providing the highest possible service and support to our customer base and to potential new customers, this role demands very high standards of care and competence
Fielding customer service calls and logging breakdown and repair information
Communicate with customers throughout the day
Keeping service management system updated in real time
Work closely with Service supervisor and technicians, stock control and admin
Carry out basic duties assigned from time to time by FC inc postings to Sage etc
Control debtors list week by week including but not limited to…
Phoning and emailing to arrange payments from customers, updating debtor accounts, creating invoices for non contract repair work, preparing monthly debtor reports, emailing monthly statements, daily lodgements
And other such duties as would naturally fall to a small administration team in a busy office·
The candidate:
Must have at least 2 years related experience in a busy fast moving office environment
Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Sage, Excel, Word
Have worked in an accounts role where debtor control and debtor relations are evidenced
Be able to think fast and make quality decisions quickly
Be very computer literate
Have an excellent command of spoken, written and reading English
Be able to demonstrate a confident and outgoing personality with excellent people skills
Have strong organizational skills and be self motivated
